When you first make contact with Comfort Plus Products we are already considering your needs. From that first email or phone call, we will consider what exactly you need to get the most from your product.  We will also report to the representative before they visit the discussions taken place, so we know exactly what we need to consider.

Remember to mention anything that you would like your product to do, even if you think it can't be done, as we might surprise you!

We do not sell our main products over the phone, unlike other companies our products are built to order and with your needs in mind.  We can visit you to go through all your needs, and show you a product for you to try before making a purchasing decision. We will also take measurements, as our bespoke items can be built for your own size.

Once we have determined your needs, we will leave you with our own specification form so you know exactly what we are doing for you.

All of our main products are built by hand in the UK to our exacting standards. They will be built to the specifications that have been determined and detailed on the forms left with you. 

We only use the highest quality materials to ensure a lasting a durable product that will meet your own individual needs and tastes.

We will contact you around one week before we would like to deliver, with a guide to when your delivery will be on the day. 

On our visit, we will remove any old furniture you may require, and then install your new piece and show you all the workings of the product to ensure you get the most from it.

Our products are designed for your future in mind, so we are there for you after your product has been delivered to answer any questions that you may have.  Your products are offered with a lifetime guarantee, so in the unlikely event that it develops a fault, contact us to arrange for our trained engineer to visit.

As your needs change, you may need your product to change with you, if this is the case, contact us so we can visit as we may be able to do changes on site that can meet your needs.
